STEP 2 - CONNECT WITH OUR LUCKY MANAGEMENT TEAM

If you're still not completely satisfied, please expedite your request and our Lucky Management Team will work with you to find a solution. Remember, make sure you've gone through Step 1 before reaching out to the Lucky Management Team. Also, be sure to let us know who you've already spoken to so we can get a complete understanding of the situation.
