It’s easy to activate your service with the Lucky Mobile My account app or online. All you need is a Lucky Mobile phone, or your own unlocked and compatible phone, and a Lucky Mobile SIM Card.

If you brought your own phone to Lucky Mobile, you need to update your phone’s network settings in order to use data. For step-by-step instructions on how to update your settings, click here.
Manage your service on the go 24/7, with the Lucky Mobile My Account app or click here to sign up to My Account. Check your balance, monitor your usage, Top-Up your account, manage your Plan and Add-Ons, and more. You will need your Lucky Mobile phone number and a valid email address.
You need to have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) in advance of your Monthly Charge Date in order to enjoy uninterrupted service. We highly recommend you keep additional funds in your account balance for instances where you might want to buy extras like Service Passes, International Calling, and additional data.
The most convenient way to ensure you always have enough funds in your account to cover your Total Monthly Charge is with Automatic Top-Up.
There are several ways you can Top-Up your account. The best way to make sure you always have funds in your account balance is by setting up Automatic Top-Up.

There are two ways to check your account balance:
- Access the Lucky Mobile My Account app
- Log in to My Account
The fastest and easiest way to change your Plan is through the Lucky Mobile My Account app and MyAccount. You can schedule your Plan change to take effect immediately or on your next Monthly Charge Date.
The easiest ways to manage your Add-Ons is through the Lucky Mobile My Account app and MyAccount.
How to manage your Add-ons with the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Open the Lucky Mobile My Account app
- Select the Services tab at the bottom of your screen.
- Scroll down to “Add-Ons” and click ‘Manage’.
- Select the Add-Ons category you want to manage. Then, simply select or unselect Add-Ons to add or remove them.
- Once completed, click ‘Done’ and ‘Review Changes’.
- Select ‘Submit Changes’ once you’re ready
How to manage your Add-ons with My Account:
- Head to MyAccount and log in
- Follow the on-screen instructions to change, add, and/or remove Add-Ons.
- To remove an existing Add-On, visit Your Current Add-Ons and Promotional data. Simply uncheck the box beside the Add-On you want to remove.
- To get a new Add-On, visit Available Add-Ons. Make your selections and hit Continue at the bottom of the page.
- Review your selection and click Submit.
Service Passes are a one-time, easy and convenient way to control how much you spend when you want to call,
text or use data beyond what you subscribe to in your monthly plan. If you try to call, text or use data and your activity is not included
in your plan or Add-Ons, we will send you a text message with a link explaining your Service Pass options.
You can buy a Service Pass for calling (Canada-wide or to US/International when in Canada), texting, and data usage.
Service passes expire after 30 days.

We will send you a text message when you reach 50% of your data limit, and again when you have used 100%. This text message will include a link explaining your data Service Pass options, if you want to use more data. You will need to have enough funds in your account to pay for the Service Pass. You can also continue to use data at reduced speeds of up to 128 Kbps for email, light browsing and messaging at no additional charge once you have exceeded your allotted data.
There are two ways to make international calls. For frequent international calling, we recommend purchasing an International Calling Monthly Add-On. For occasional calling, simply dial the number you’re trying to reach, and we will send you a link explaining your Service Pass options.
There is no long term commitment.with Lucky Mobile,so you can purchase a new phone anytime!

Once you have completed your activation, you will be able to find your phone number by doing the following:
iPhone:
- Go to Settings > Phone and My Number will be the first field on the list.
Android:
- Go to settings and search for My phone number in the search bar.
- The result will give you the path: System > About phone > Status.
- Alternately, launch the Contacts app and you’ll see your own contact info right at the top.
Before going ahead with changing your number, please note the following:
- All your stored voicemail message and personal greetings will be deleted permanently upon number change. If applicable, your outgoing greeting has to be re-setup.
- We cannot provide a recorded voicemail greeting at your old number to say your number has changed.
- You might need to get a new plan that is compatible with the new area code (if applicable).
- If your current phone number is linked to an IP address your IP address will change.
