Manage your account online – step by step instructions
The most efficient and convenient way to manage your services is by using our online tools. Check your balance, monitor your usage, Top-Up your account, manage your Plan and Add-Ons, and more. Whether you use the Lucky Mobile My Account app or My Account, we want to be sure you get the support you need. That’s why we thought of providing step by step instructions.
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app :
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone.
- Your balance is displayed on the main screen, at the top of the screen.
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- On the Overview tab, your current balance is displayed under My prepaid account.
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone.
- On the main screen, click on Top-Up.
- Select Credit Card or Visa Debit.
- Choose the amount of your Top-Up, and enter the Credit or Debit card information.
- Click Review.
- Review the Top-Up details, select Submit and accept the Terms of Service in order to complete the Top Up.
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- On the Overview tab, under My prepaid account, select Top-Up now.
- Select By Credit Card or By Debit.
- Choose the amount of your Top-Up and enter the Credit or Debit card information.
- Click Next.
- Review the Top-Up details, accept the Terms of Service and select Submit in order to complete your Top-Up.
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone.
- Click Usage at the bottom of the main screen.
- A summary of your usage for the current month will come up. This page also shows you how many days are left before the data, calling minutes, and text messages included in your plan are refreshed. To see the details for each type of usage (data, text messages, Add-Ons), click on the corresponding usage section.
- Scroll down and select All Usage Details to see a detailed summary of you usage for the current month as well as previous months' information.
- Click Usage Details to return to the previous screen when you’re done.
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- On the Overview tab, the My Usage section will show your usage for the current month. This page also shows you how many days are left in your current paid period before your data, calling minutes, and text messaging are refreshed.
- To see the details for each type of usage (data, text messages, Add-Ons), click on the corresponding usage section.
- To review the usage details for the current month, click View usage details at the bottom of the My Usage section. This will also allow you to access previous months' information.
To view your current plan, log in to My Account or to the Lucky Mobile My Account app. You will see your current plan in the My plan section.
To change your plan, follow the steps below:
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone
- Click Change next to My plan
- Browse the available plans and choose the plan that fits your needs
- Click Continue
- Review and add or remove Add-Ons. When you’re ready, click on Continue
- Check and update the effective date for your Plan change as needed. It will default to your next Monthly Charge Date.
- Review the Plan change details and select Submit changes
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- On the Overview tab, under My Plan & Add-ons, click on Change my plan.
- Browse the available plans and click on Select & Continue once you’ve found the plan that you want.
- Review and add or remove Add-Ons. When you’re ready, click on Continue in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Check and update the effective date for your Plan change as needed. It will default to your next Monthly Charge Date
- Review the Plan change details and select Submit in order to complete your Plan change.
Note: You can schedule your Plan change to take effect immediately or on your next Monthly Charge Date. If your account is suspended, you will need to Top-Up your account in order to change your Plan.
If you have a pending Plan change and want to change your Plan immediately, you’ll need to cancel the pending change request before changing your Plan. Here’s how:
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone
- Click View pending requests under Pending requests
- Click Cancel changes
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- On the Overview tab, under My Plan & Add-ons, click on View pending changes
- Click Cancel all pending changes
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone.
- On the main screen, scroll down to the Add-Ons section and click on Manage.
- Select the Add-Ons category you’d like to update.
- Check an Add-On to add it, or uncheck one to remove it. Once ready, click on Done.
- If you’d like to add or remove Add-Ons for more than one category, repeat steps 3 and 4 for each category.
- When all your changes are ready, click on Continue at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the Add-Ons change details and select Submit in order to complete your Add-Ons change.
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- On the Overview tab, under My Plan & Add-ons, click on Add or remove Add-Ons.
- Check an Add-On to add it, or uncheck one to remove it. Once ready, click on Continue.
- Review the Add-Ons change details and select Submit in order to complete your Add-Ons change.
Note: Your Add-Ons changes will be effective on your next Monthly Charge Date. If your account is suspended, you will need to Top-Up your account in order to add or remove Add-Ons.
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app :
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone
- Click on the Balance icon
- Click View payment history
- Select the “From” and “To” dates for which you wish to view the payments
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account
- Click the My Prepaid Account tab
- Click View payment history found in the Current balance section
- Select the “From” and “To” dates for which you wish to view specific payments
Note: If you recently made a payment, it might take an hour for the payment to appear in your payment history.
To link a phone number:
- Sign in to My Account on the website or open the My Account app
- Go to My Profile
- Click Link a Prepaid Account
- Enter the phone number you’d like to link to your profile
- Click on Continue and follow the instructions
Note: You can add up to 6 phone numbers to your My Account profile.
To unlink a phone number:
- Sign in to My Account on the website or open the My Account app
- Go to My Profile
- Click Remove a phone number next to the number you want to remove from your profile
- Click Remove from My Account
You can check your current method of payment by dialling *111 from your Lucky Mobile phone, or by following the below instructions:
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone
- Click the Balance icon at the bottom of the page.
- Your current payment method will appear below your account balance
With My Account
- Log in to My Account.
- Your current payment method will appear in the My Prepaid Account section
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone.
- On the main screen, click on the profile icon on the top right corner.
- Click on My Profile
- Under the Recovery information section, click on the Change button next to Secret questions
- Select your new secret question and answer – you can set up to 3 security questions
- Click on Save
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- Click on My profile
- Under the Recovery information section, click on the Change button next to Secret questions
- Select your new secret question and answer – you can set up to 3 security questions and answers
- Click on Save
Your phone number serves as your Lucky Mobile account number and can be used to register your account online, or to transfer your number.
With the Lucky Mobile My Account app:
- Launch the Lucky Mobile My Account app on your phone.
- On the main screen, touch the profile icon on the top right corner.
- Click on My profile
- Select the email address you want to change:
- Account email address is used to send important information about your Lucky Mobile services
- Marketing email is used to send marketing emails including exclusive offers, promotions, new product releases, and other useful information
- Click on Change
- Enter your preferred email address and click Save
With My Account:
- Log in to My Account.
- Click My profile
- Select the email address you want to change:
