Activating your Lucky Mobile SIM card

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to activate your SIM card. You can do this easily online or by calling 1-833-88-LUCKY (58259).

During the initial activation, you’ll need to make a payment. You can do this by using a credit card/Visa Debit. Alternatively, if you’d like to use cash, you can purchase Top-Up Cards from your nearest Circle K.

Top-Up Cards are also available at most convenience stores, grocery stores and gas stations across Canada.

The easiest way to pay for your service is by registering for Automatic Top-Up. We’ll automatically add funds from your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account to your account balance every month to cover your Total Monthly Charges. Q: How can I take advantage of the $10 Circle K gift card offer?

To be eligible for the $10 Circle K gift card, purchase the following items in-store on the same receipt:

1. Lucky Mobile SIM Card ($10)
2. Lucky Mobile Top-Up Card (min. $15 Top-Up Card)

The store representative will issue a $10 Circle K gift card for qualifying purchases at the time of purchase. Limit of 2 gift cards per customer.

Q: Does my gift card expire?

No. Your Circle K gift card does not expire.
