You can easily book a call request by filling out the online form
We’ll always let you know how long it’ll be before we’re going to call you.While waiting for us to call, you can find support and troubleshooting tips on our website .You can also manage your account with the My Account app on by logging in to My Account.
One of our agents will call you. If you were promised a follow-up call by a manager, please allow 1-2 business days for a manager to reach out.
If you want to book a call while abroad, remember your Lucky Mobile number does not work outside of Canada. You can however use any North American 10-digit local phone number to request a call. If you’re having issues receiving our call, chat with us.
Long distance rates may apply on your local number if receiving a call from us while travelling abroad.
We will call you as soon as an agent becomes available. You will be given an estimate when you request a call. A text message or email confirmation will be sent to you after your call request is booked.
We will make up to 3 attempts to reach you. The first call will be at the time you were promised when you booked your call. The next 2 attempts will be dependent on agent availability.

In the unlikely event that your callback is delayed, we will send you a text message with the new call time.
If you have not received any notifications regarding your call request, the following might be preventing us from reaching you:
- Incorrect phone number. If you haven’t received a confirmation when submitting your call request, we might have the wrong phone number. Please submit a new request and make sure the phone number is accurate.
- Call Blocking feature – if you have activated Call Blocking features, we may be unable to reach you
- Your phone ringer is set to ON should be turned on
- If your voicemail is full and you miss our initial call, we will not be able to make additional attempts.
