- You must have successfully paid for your Total Monthly Charge (Plan + Add-Ons) for your service to remain active. If your monthly Plan and Add-On charges are not paid and/or if your account balance is less than your Total Monthly Charge on your Monthly Charge Date, your account will be put on hold and you will not be able to use your services until your account balance has sufficient funds. Unused minutes, text and data do not roll over into the next month. Prepaid funds are non-refundable.
- Automatic Top-Up is a preauthorized Top-Up program that charges your credit card, Visa Debit or bank account to Top-Up your account right before your Monthly Charge Date each month. The Bonus Data Offer will be applied to your account balance after each successful Automatic Top-Up and Total Monthly Charge payment for each continuous month after registration, so long as your account is in good standing and continues to meet the Bonus Credit requirements. The Bonus Data Offer will be applied within 48 hours of a successful Automatic Top-Up and Total Monthly Charge payment. If the bank account or payment card you provided cannot be charged or if you are no longer registered for Automatic Top-Up, then the Bonus Data Offer will not be applied and will automatically be removed from your account. - For simultaneous calls, such as Call Waiting and 3-way Calling, airtime minutes will be deducted for each call, depending on the usage included in your plan. Airtime minutes will be deducted for voicemail retrieval, where applicable.
- Canada-wide and International Incoming Texts include texts received while in Canada and do not include roaming and premium texts, alerts, instant messaging application texts and picture and video messages.
- Texts sent from Canada include texts sent to Canada, USA, and international places (where available) and do not include texts sent to a landline, roaming, premium text messages, alerts, instant messaging application texts and picture and video messages.
- Unlimited outgoing calls include calls made while you are in Canada.
- Province-wide calling applies to outgoing calls to any number within your home province. You will still receive all incoming calls from across Canada regardless of the province they’re from. For outgoing calls to a number outside of your home province, you will need to buy a Long Distance Service Pass. If you’re travelling to another province, you can make outgoing calls to any number within that province while you’re there, but you won’t be able to call your home province. You’ll still receive unlimited incoming calls. To call your home province while traveling, you will need a Long Distance Service Pass.
- If your data usage in a month exceeds your data allotment, you can continue to use data with no overage charge, but data speeds will be reduced from up to 10 Mbps on 3G plans or up to 150 Mbps on 4G plans to up to 128 Kbps (for both download and upload) until your next Monthly Charge Date. When data speeds are reduced, you should still be able to access email, browse the web and use most applications. Applications that require higher speeds (e.g. video streaming) are likely to be affected by the data speed reduction. Continued data at reduced speeds is only applicable to plans that have data included in the plan. This service is not applicable to any bonus data, add-ons and service passes. Subject to acceptable use restrictions in Terms of Service, including consuming excessive network capacity or causing our network to be adversely affected. See luckymobile.ca/terms for details.
